Why do I need to enter my listings in to the KWLS anyway?
By entering a listing into the KWLS, it then receives nationwide marketing. Any listing entered into the KWLS is currently sent to Google and Trulia with a link back to the agent website - meaning only the listing agent will get the lead from these sites with no charge. Additionally we are in contract with 6 other sites that we will begin feeding listing data to as well. Have your agents add this information to their listing presentation saying that your agent will market the sellers listing nationally on real estate search engines like Google and Trulia. Additionally, entering a listing into the KWLS will help populate the online greensheet that your agents should also be using. This online greensheet streamlines the process for the MCA getting the agent's money to them FASTER!!! I'd also recommend that you have everyone watch the Mike Brodie Unplugged piece on Shifting Markets. Mike talks with Gary and others about why the KWLS is important. The whole thing is good, but specifically look at session 3 – Controlling Listing Data. https://secure.kw.com/kwu/content/kwc_Pwrp-601.jsp More info at: http://support.kw.com/pages/kwls.shtml
Where are my listings? I've entered them into the KWLS, but I don't see them on my website.
- The listing hasn't been approved in the KWLS- Some reasons the listings could still be in the Initiated status are because it may not have any pictures attached to the listing and one photo is mandatory in order to submit the listing to become accepted. Also, please be sure to press the Submit for Review button on the property's Listing Details Page. This will then ensure that it is submitted to Market Center Leadership if all of the required fields are inputted and at least one photo is attached. Please review your listings and ensure that they are all Submitted.
- There may be another listing with the same MLS# in the Wolfnet system- This is a issue that we've identified and are working to resolve as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can work around the issue by simply appending your MLS# in the KWLS with a letter. (ex. 334276a)
- Your listing is expired- When you would like to re-activate a listing that has been expired, you'll need to change two items in the listing within the KWLS.
1. "Expiry Date"- Enter a date that is a few months from now. (THE DATE ENTERED MUST BE GREATER THAN TODAY'S DATE)
2. "Listing Status"- Make sure that this is set to "Active"
Who approves my listings?
Associates with MCA, TL, OP, as well as the assistant versions of those roles will be able to approve listings. An email is sent to the Market Center Leadership to bring their attention to the fact that they have x amount of listings pending their approval.
KWRI Support is not authorized to change the status of your listings. This is the sole responsibility of your MC Leadership. Please contact your Team Leader to find out why this listing was not accepted or have the TL inform you who the appropriate person you need to contact for this action. Once the listing has been accepted, it will populate to your KW websites.
I can't upload my photos to the KWLS.

3. Follow the prompts until the Image Uploader Program is completely installed.
Where is my KWLS data marketed?
You can find all Search Engine companies we currently have relationships with and plan to work with in the future on any KWLS entry on the intranet:
1.) Go to http://intranet.kw.com
2.) Click the Marketing/Vendors tab
3.) Select Marketing Downloads
4.) Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Select KWLS Marketing Materials "Vendor Fliers"
Please allow 48-72 hours for the KWLS data to populate onto 3rd party search engines including Trulia and Google because it will not occur immediately.
How can I delete a greensheet?
A Greensheet gives you the option to delete it only in the "Initiated" status. Once the Greensheet has been submitted for approval you will have the option to change the status to "Transaction Not Closed". If the "Transaction Not Closed" status is chosen, the listing will be able to be re-entered into the system using the same MLS#.
I just transferred to a new market center and my new MCA can't accept my listings, why?
If you've entered you listings in a particular market center, that transaction must be completed in that market center. This happens because your listing is tied to your MORE ID, the MORE ID is tied to the market center that you're a part of. If you wish to have the transaction close within your new market center, you'll need to expire the listing within the KWLS and re-add it so that it's associated to your new market center. Once the listing is added to the KWLS, you shouldn't have any trouble creating a greensheet.

Here you can find help on retrieving passwords for all your Keller Williams tools. Please click on the links to the left.
**Please note "KW" and "Keller Williams" are registered trademards of Keller Williams Reality, Inc. (KWRI). The Independent Contractor Agreement signed by all Keller Williams agents provides that agents may not use the terms "KW" or "Keller Williams" in their domain names or their meta tags. KWRI will license domain names containing its trademarks to Market Centers with KWRI written approval, but reserves these licenses for the Market Centers rather than individual associates.
