A Letter to Our Associates:

Dear Keller Williams Agents-

We want to thank you for your patience while we develop technology solutions that we believe will revolutionize your business and put our agents at the forefront of the real estate industry.

As usual, our greatest company asset - you - have spoken. And we are listening.

You want consumers to contact you about your own listings from KW.com - and we want that too.

So, as of today, June 15, we are pulling down KW.com's property search and round-robin lead routing for 60 days to revamp it. When the curtain goes up on our new property search, all inquiries from KW.com on Keller Williams listings will be sent to the listing agent.

For the next 60 days, when a consumer enters a property search on KW.com, they will be routed to a map of all the offices in the area they are searching.

We are thrilled that, while these adjustments are being made, all of our agents and market centers will still be able to display all listings in their local markets on their own personal eAgentC Websites through our eAgentC/WolfNet IDX solution. This allows you to give your clients your personal Website address to search all available listings in your area, with only your contact information listed.

For all listings in the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS), that are fed to our third-party listing partners (e.g., Trulia, GoogleBase, Cyberhomes), leads will continue to be routed to the listing agent. As always, Keller Williams' tools are built to support you in capturing, cultivating and converting all leads from your listings.

Finally, many of you have written and called into our support lines to let us know about your questions and concerns. We apologize for those of you who are still awaiting a response. Please know that we are 100% committed to getting you the answers that you deserve.

That's why, as of today, our support lines will be open from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
